An open house is just one aspect of an effective marketing plan to sell your home and one of the many services a REALTOR® provides.

 

·      De-clutter

·      De-personalize

·      Make minor improvements such as painting or rearranging furniture

·      Ensure your home is squeaky clean

·      Place a large bouquet of flowers for impact and a few smaller ones throughout the house

·      The scent of fresh-brewed coffee, home-made bread or cookies can be welcoming
